On March 25, 2021, M. Ndiaye Mamadou, Senegalese ambassador to China, and a delegation of five people including representatives of Zhejiang Africa Service Center visited our company for investigation and exchange. President Xie Qiaoyan, President Ying Chunhong, President Li Weidong, President Li and the special guest "the first person in Africa" Hui Honglin attended the meeting.
First of all, President Xie extended a warm welcome to the guests, and led the ambassador and his delegation to visit Chief headquarters and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Qiantang River. Then he took the guests into the conference room.
Relevant staff introduced Chief's culture, Chief's products and Chief's booming development process to the ambassador, and also let the guests have a deeper understanding of Chief's details.
Later, President Xie praised Senegal's wide land and excellent quality of crops to the ambassador, talked about Senegal's famous peanut kernel, and expressed the company's willingness to invest in Senegal to buy land and build shelling plants and peanut oil plants.
The ambassador fully recognized this. He believed that Chief's investment and construction of factories in Senegal is to give full play to the advantages of local raw materials according to local conditions, provide more employment opportunities for local people while fully developing the economy, and benefit the people's livelihood. He said that if Chief invests in Senegal, the local government will give some support.
The ambassador also said that Chief's development story in Africa gave him a deep feeling. After learning that Chief began to gradually change from simple trade in Africa in 2001 to local factory investment and is still expanding its territory, the ambassador fully affirmed Chief's development. He not only sighed that Chief has been developing rapidly in recent years, At the same time, Africa has also undergone earth shaking changes. He hopes that Chief's growth story can be shared and known by everyone, so as to encourage more people to yearn for Africa, invest in Africa, promote practical cooperation between China and Africa, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
