Set up Mali CONFO Mosquito-Repellent Incense Factory and Mali Huafei Slipper Factory to create business bases in Burkina Faso and Cote d'Ivoire.

Founded Hangzhou Chief Technology Co., Ltd. to build a headquarters security system.

Confirmed the company’s first five-year plan, further defined development strategy of the company, and started to prepare to build food factories and household chemicals factories in many places.
